Bright Cloud Training is one of the few UK based Salesforce Registered Consulting and Training Partners
specialising in the Marketing Cloud.
Bright Cloud Training was set up by Emma Kenny, who started working for the first EMEA ExactTarget reseller in 2007. What began as a three person start-up rapidly grew and was bought out by ExactTarget in 2009.
Emma carried on working for ExactTarget and later for Salesforce, when it become the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Working in a variety of roles from Implementation Consultant to Client Services Manager, as well as setting up the ExactTarget training Academy. This was when Emma's love for training began. Although she enjoyed working at Salesforce, in 2015 she saw an opportunity to offer customised Marketing Cloud Training packages. To provide more focused, bespoke training options to companies using the Marketing Cloud. Emma is also a Salesforce Certified Instructor (certified to deliver Salesforce's Marketing Cloud courses).
Many companies use Bright Cloud Training to deliver customised training solutions to new Users, to long term users who want to see if they can improve their processes or for companies who would like to know more so they can make more informed decisions either in the sales process or before implementing the SFMC. Implementation project run a lot more quickly and smoothly when the project stake holders have received introductory Marketing Cloud training.
